Q: Where is MY Garage based? / Where is our workshop?
A: We are a net based business with reputable track record for trustworthiness and honesty. We operated from our base in Glasgow. Although we do not have a workshop, we can arrange to meet the customer in person around Glasgow if required.
Q: Are the prices listed is all I pay? Any hidden charges?
A: There are no hidden charges, another word you don't have to worry about import duty or VAT upon the goods enter the country as we take care of those. The prices listed in this site is all you pay, and they are specified either "inc-including" or "exc - excluding" delivery charge. Of course for those items excluding delivery charge you will have to add delivery charge on top.

Payment
Q: What methods of payment we accept?
A: We can accept Bank Transfer (You can do this at your local branch or online), Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash. (We cannot accept any responsibilities of lost in post if you choose to pay by cash..) Also by online payment "nochex". (For more info check out www.nochex.com) or "PayPal" (For more info check out www.paypal.co.uk) even though in some cases handling charge applies by using online payment.

Delivery
Q: How long it take the goods to despatch after placing an order?
A: We despatch the goods once the payment received. It is an exceptional for special order items since we need to wait till the item arrives. We despatch special order items as soon as they arrives and all payment received.
Q: What is the lead time expected?
A: It depends on the stock status or the good ordered, since some are stock item for immediate availability and some are special order only. For special order items we will able to give you a estimation of lead time upon order. Also see delivery service.
Q: What delivery service is available?
A: We usually send our items by Parcel Force. Special Delivery is next day* (guaranteed service), Standard Parcel delivery service (3-5 working days* non guaranteed). Special delivery upon request. 1st Class Standard or 1st Class Recorded also available. Or other couriers in some cases. If you wish for your own couriers to collect your item, it is welcomed and please let us know upon ordering.

Warranty
Q: What is the warranty with Daiyama / SRR Coilover Kit?
A: They comes with 1 year warranty. However if the suspension was improperly fitted or it has been tempered with, the warranty will be voided.
Q: I have bought the indiglo dial kit at a earlier date, then added the upgrade kit. Where do I stand in the warranty terms?
A: The warranty of the upgrade kit and dials kit are seperate. Hence the warranty for the dials kit will start on the date of purchase. Your dials kit warranty is not affected (assuming it hasn't ran out of date).
